The revolutionary GEARS 3D motion capture system is now available at our academy in Erie, PA. GEARS (Golf Evaluation And Research System) captures over 600 frames for each swing and is accurate to 0.2mm!

Founded by Web.com Tour player David Wedzik in 2008, Golf Evolution is available in two locations in the northwestern PA area: at our indoor, downtown Erie facility as well as at the Learning Center at Chautauqua Golf Club in Chautauqua, NY.
We offer a full-range of lessons, both private and group, on the full swing, short game, and putting, with the latest the game has to offer in technology. We’ve written a best-selling book, Lowest Score Wins, and created the 5 Simple Keys system, which was the best-selling golf instructional DVD in the world for over four years straight.
I’ve been to different instructors over the years and Golf Evolution is the best. They were able to identify the underlying problems in all areas of my game and help me improve. They are knowledgeable and effective at communicating what the priority for my swing is without giving me too many things to work on at once. I shaved several strokes off my game this season and am enjoying golf more than ever before.

I’ve taken lessons from a lot of pros, many of them with a significant social media following, and among instructors, not just the general public – I don’t think it’s hyperbolic to say Erik is one of the best golf minds out there. My game was spiraling downwards and I was on the cusp of quitting and he turned it around, diagnosed a reoccurring shank that has literally plagued me for years.
